Out in Green Timbers Urban Forest – Find all kinds of nature using introductory tracking skills, and photograph what we find.

A hybrid format mini-course:

Thursday Aug 7 2025, 7 – 8:30pm on Zoom;
Saturday Aug 10 2025, 1:30 – 3:00pm In-Person @ Green Timbers Urban Forest;
& Thursday August 14 2025, 7 – 8:30pm on Zoom

Please dress for the weather in comfy clothing and footwear. For Zoom sessions, bring your device and its user manual; at the in-person session, bring your device, the user manual, a soft, small beanbag, and your sense of adventure!

  1. Draw winners must be adults in the province of BC Canada: confirming identification will be required prior to the start of the first session;

  2. Draw winners will be provided with the schedule of sessions and the address of the in-person session when notified of their winning entry;

  3. The prizes in this draw were made possible by a neighbourhood/community building grant successfully applied for by the workshop facilitator;

  4. The draw will be conducted on July 31st 2025, and winners will be notified by email or phone on Friday August 1st, 2025.

  5. Winners will be required to answer a skill-testing question in order to claim their prize.
